Welcome to Khadi Emporium. We request all our customers to kindly read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase. By shopping with us, you agree to abide by the policies outlined below:

1. Exchange & Return Policy

  • Products once purchased can be exchanged or returned within 7 working days from the date of purchase.
  • Exchange/return timings: 12:00 noon to 7:00 p.m., excluding public holidays and Sundays.
  • Exchanges are subject to approval by the administration and may be restricted during periods of high customer volume or due to operational constraints.
  • Original bill must be produced at the time of any exchange or return request. No action will be taken without a valid purchase bill.

2. Refund Policy

  • No refunds in cash or any other form will be entertained once a purchase is made.
  • Exchanges are allowed in the form of:
    • Size changes (if applicable)
    • Selection of a different product of equal or higher value
  • Final decision regarding exchanges lies with the Khadi Emporium administration. Exchange policies may vary depending on product type, availability, or other circumstances.

3. Billing Policy

  • Once a bill is generated, it cannot be reversed or cancelled under any condition.
  • All changes or exchanges post-billing must follow the guidelines mentioned above.

4. Product Condition & Responsibility

  • Customers are requested to thoroughly inspect products before purchasing.
  • Any manufacturing defect should be brought to the notice of the staff before the bill is made.
  • Color bleeding or damage during washing is not the responsibility of Khadi Emporium. Proper care instructions must be followed as per fabric type.

5. Discounts & Pricing

  • Bargaining is strictly not allowed.
  • Khadi Emporium does not provide cash discounts.
  • Trade discounts may be extended based on the scale of purchase or customer relationship, at the discretion of the management.
  • Customers can avail regular store discounts or seasonal promotional offers when applicable.

6. Mode of Business

  • Khadi Emporium is an offline-only store.
    We do not offer any online ordering, delivery, or shipping services at this time.

7. Policy Flexibility

  • All policies mentioned above are subject to change at the discretion of the management without prior notice.
  • Final interpretation and implementation of all terms lies with Khadi Emporium’s administration.
